Week by week, dive into each core aspect of the handstand. The correct drills highlighted, providing you ease of mind - yet plenty of progressions to explore too.
In-Depth Assessment
The first step of the Practice is a comprehensive analysis of your handstand.
Together, we identify your strengths and weaknesses in terms of alignment, mobility, strength, balance technique and confidence.
Whether you're just starting out or already with some experience, we establish your priorities, and plan your journey through the curriculum.
I decided to give it one last ditch effort - fully dedicating myself to the art of handbalancing; but this time, on my own terms and with my body make-up.
And Ok, yes, again - I made many mistakes (and almost, almost quit), but one long year of research and daily practice later, I finally reached my then goal - 30 second handstands, on demand.
I started teaching a few interested people, and quickly realised that - just like me, every person I met was unique, with a specific set of goals and needs.
Month after month, I trialed, tested, and refined a method that covered all the aspects of handstands; developing a framework that relied on the break down and mechanics of handstands. No guru nonsense here.
Beyond the thrill of standing on my own two hands, it was the passion for teaching - and cutting through the BS - that has fueled my work for the last decade.
There is such a reward in giving to others what took years to come to me.
That's how the Float program was born.

There are no live class in this program: the whole point is for you to be able to train in your own time and schedule. You follow a specific program with laser-targeted videos, and send your homework every week.
How does the coaching work?
You will send a video of your current abilities in the first week (even if you're just starting, don't worry! This is also to highlight your strengths and help you navigate your training to get the most out of it).Then every week on Monday, a new module will be released with tutorials, progressions, and training sheets. At the end of each week, you send a video for homework. This is reviewed and responded to; clarifying any doubt, and giving you specific advice. Every day, you can ask any question you have through the dedicated forum.
There are six core modules + 2 personalisation modules.
Each core module focuses on one essential aspect of handstands, including all the required drills and lectures for any given week, as well as accessory work and bonus material to feed your practice after the end of the coaching .You have unlimited, lifetime access to your platform.
The last two weeks are dedicated to crafting a program completely tailored to your individual needs and goals.
No worry, we start from scratch. For the complete beginners, this is the ideal structure to form good habits.
To make the most of this method, you need to be able to kick-up against the wall.
