WHY MOST PROGRAMS DON'T HELP

The Web is crowded with Generic programs, offering a dozen drills and some training suggestions.

They give you a bunch of exercises, with sets and reps. At best, you can interact with the teacher through text to ask questions. 

Problem: a generic program doesn't take into account your singularity, ie your current level of strength, your mobility, your injury history, what works for your body, what doesn't resonate with you, etc.

 

 

Generic programs only take you so far...

They don't factor in your individualities, your strengths, your needs.

MODULE 3: BODY SILENCE

Handstands need an exquisite level of body awareness. We need to move exactly the right things at the right time to maintain balance. This module covers all the drills needed to achieve that.

 

 

 

MODULE 6: ASSEMBLING THE PUZZLE

Once you have covered all the foundations and isolated the areas of improvements relevant to YOU, it is time to conquer your freestanding handstand.

 

 

MODULE 2: THE RIGHT ALIGNMENT - YOURS

MODULE 5: MICRO-BALANCING

The fingers are what holds you in balance. There are 5 essential patterns to master: the push, the relaxation, the gear switch, the pulse and the eversion. 

 

 

MODULE 1: THE PERFECT KICK-UP

The kick-up is the entry gate to our handstand. Discover the optimal hand placement, hand to wall distance, leg coordination and muscle engagement that will maximise your success rate.

 

 

MODULE 4: STRENGTH & MOBILITY

What is the minimum amount of strength needed, and how to develop rock-solid shoulders for longer holds. How to open the shoulders safely and why.
